Insurance, Probate, Mini-Appraisal

Have you inherited coins, currency or jewelry?  Updating your insurance? Need a probate appraisal, or just and idea of what something is worth?  The following is a description and schedule of fees for each kind of appraisal*.  There are many variations to the way a collection can be valued. Thus, we reserve the right to make the final decision on  fees charged.

Mini  Appraisal

The mini appraisal is designed for small collections or accumulations, usually under 100 coins or currency. The values are given as an approximation between the price a retail dealer would pay your (bid) and the price that same dealer would sell you (ask) for a particular item.  Its purpose is for  use by collectors, who want to check current market values, or novices and non-collectors to determine relative value and/or rarity. The Mini Appraisal is an informal valuation of items; no certificate, notes, or bibliography is provided.
