The following are some of the more frequently asked questions. Most apply to shipping and product information. Of course if you can't find the answers to your questions, don't hesitate to Contact Us. We usually return your email the same day or within 24 hours. We do answer all inquiries. We do not respond to solicitations or invitations to social networks.

Is the picture a photo of the actual item?
- Yes, in most cases. Exception is a lot with multiple quantities.
Is a larger picture available?
Do I have return privileges?
- Yes, unless the item is marked 'As Is - No Returns'. See our Return Policy for details.
I want to send an item to a grading service. Your terms allow only three (3) days for returns.
- We are professionals and prices are based on fair market value of an item in its ‘as is’ condition. You are welcome to send an item in for independent grading. However, if you believe there is a need for recourse, we need to discuss the terms prior to making your purchase. Every item is different and there are several options available.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, to any country on the US Post Office Approved Country list.
Are there restrictions on packages shipped to other countries?
My country is not listing on the drop down menu when I checkout or Register? What do I do?
- Email Us. We will give you instructions on how to work around this problem. Our Shopping Cart provider is working to update the list.
Do you combine items for shipping?
- Yes, if the items are appropriate to combine. If one item will cause damage to other items in a package, it will ship separately.
When will my order ship?
- All items, except reference books, are in stock or on back order. During normal business operations, we process and ship orders on Tuesday and Friday; more frequently during peak shopping periods. We send notification the day your package is mailed.
What if I want the item shipped and it is not a normal shipping day?
- Please call so that we can arrange your shipment. Overnight or Express shipments must be completed by 11 am PST. Otherwise, it will process the next day. Extra fees apply, in addition to Carrier charges for Rush Processing.
