Instructions

• Contact Us so that we may discuss and identify the problem. Not all problems necessarily need a resolution as drastic as a return.
  

• Once we agree to the return, you will receive a return authorization number to include with your item.
  

• Returns postmarked no more than Three (3) Business Days after receiving authorization, qualify for a full refund.
  

• Returns postmarked Four to Ten (4-10) Business days after authorization, qualify for store credit. We will issue a Coupon Code, which is good at any one of our e-venues.
  

• Merchandise must be in the same condition as when shipped. Alterations to the product are not acceptable.
  

• All return merchandise is at the buyer’s risk until received by an employee of The Roamin Roman, Inc. We strongly recommend insuring all packages.
  

• Once we receive your returned item, settlement issues within Three (3) Business Days.

In the event you disagree with our assessment or have a problem with your purchase, you have Three (3) Business Days (Monday through Friday, No Federal Holidays) to return your purchase for a full refund of your money.  Carefully read the following procedures for Returns.
